Wesley Chapel Soccer DA is Returning for a Second Year!

 Back by popular demand, Wesley Chapel Soccer Developmental Academy (DA for short) returns for a second year as a program specifically designed to offer younger players a higher level of soccer training at an early age. We feel that by teaching players "the right way" to play the game early on, it will lead to many more years of enjoyment and success on the field for them.  The DA training program will start again this October 2010 we are currently looking to evaluate appropriate players (both boys and girls) who show the interest and desire for something more than the average recreational soccer experience.

 The following age groups will be targeted for the '10-11 Developmental Academy:

U7 and U8 boys and girls

Birth dates:  from 8/1/2002 to 7/31/2004

New Skills Camp

DOC Robert Bogus is organizing a new Skills Camp.

Focus on skills and technical training

Limited to 20 players

Date: 7/25 to 7/30, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Boyette Road Closure

Starting Monday July 19, 2010 Boyette Road will have a detour in place to allow the construction of the new T Intersection at the existing S Curve. This new intersection is the first phase of construction for the new Boyette Road Extension.  This work will be complete by August 16, 2010. Traffic will still be able to access Boyette Road but they will be stopped at the S Curve.  Detour Routes will be clearly marked with highway signage.  The detour routes will take traffic to Curley Road and Old Pasco Road.

 

Rowdies Night

WCAA teams bring your friends and families out to watch your Tampa Bay Rowdies take on the Portland Timbers on July 31st. Teams that attend will be escorted onto the field to watch pre-game warm ups and participate in pre-game ceremonies. Pre-game Ceremonies are filled on a first come basis.
